The membership/Registration contribution/payment is generally non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.

In case of duplicate payment, the additional amount may be refunded after verification.

If the amount is debited from your bank account but the payment status is not successful, please contact us with your Payment ID/Transaction ID. The transaction will be verified and the amount will be handled as per the applicable payment settlement process.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway and the respective bank/payment provider.

No refund will be provided due to a change of mind after successful membership/payment confirmation, except where required by applicable law.
