Membership/registration can be cancelled before the payment is successfully completed.

Once the membership/registration contribution has been successfully paid and confirmed, the registration cannot normally be cancelled.

In case of duplicate payment or a technical issue resulting in an unintended payment, the matter will be reviewed and resolved as per the Refund Policy.

Cancellation requests, where applicable, should be submitted through the contact details provided on the website along with the relevant Member ID and Payment/Transaction ID.

The district union reserves the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
